3. User Conduct

ChurchBox is a Christian community based on mutual respect. You agree NOT to use the platform to: • Publish defamatory, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or violence-promoting content. • Share pornographic, obscene, or illegal material. • Harass (cyberbullying) or invade the privacy of other users. • Send spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes. • Violate copyrights or intellectual property rights of third parties. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or ban accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you publish (texts, photos, videos). However, by posting on ChurchBox, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the scope of operating the platform. You warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant this license.

5. Service Availability

We continuously work to improve ChurchBox, but the services are provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterruptedly free of errors, failures, or slowness. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChurchBox and its administrators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or reputation, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of third parties on the platform.

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the platform or by email. Continuing to use ChurchBox after the changes take effect means you agree to the new terms.
